Buildings and Building Inspection

Town maintains PD, Town Hall, Springerville Park, Senior Center, Fire Department, Little League Field in partnership with the Little League, and the cemetery.

Public Works is also responsible for Building Inspections. Inspector Robert Pena is responsible for these inspections. To schedule an a site visit, a permit must be picked up from City Hall, and then site inspections and plan reviews, if required, will be performed. The Town requires a 24-hour advance notice for any site inspection.

The planning, review, and construction process for new development in the Town  follows a process that allows Town Planners and the public the opportunity to ensure quality growth in our community. Forms and applications for construction can be picked up in person by stopping by Town Hall, or can be downloaded here.
