Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a maintenance schedule?
No, the Town does not have a maintenance schedule for roads, signs or lights. If you require service, please call in with the address and specific problem and the town will have someone out as soon as possible. Usually, a Public Works crew will address the problem the same day, dependent upon existing workload.

Suddenly, the water pressure in my lines have dropped. How do I have this repaired?
Typically, this is due to a hydrant that has been opened, or could be a problem with the well system. Please contact Public Works, and we will have someone check on the system as soon as possible.

How do I get a pothole fixed?
Please contact Town Hall, and ask for Consuelo Johnson, Clerk/Cashier. She will report the problem to Public Works, and a maintenance crew will be dispatched.

Who do I contact for after-hours sewer or water problems?
Please contact the on-call number at (928) 601-1062. The Town does not charge a service fee for assistance with sewer problems.

How soon can back roads be worked on for snow removal?
Crews begin clearing as early as possible, usually around 5:00AM, sometimes all during the night. Maricopa road (leading up to the graveyard) is the only road that may be subject to closure due to snow.

Where do I pay my bill?
Please stop in at Town Hall, and see the Clerk/Cashier.
